The 12/70 Magnum ENTRY II is a particular shell used by special police units and military users to forcibly open doors. The shell is fully compatible with pump-action and semi-automatic shotguns. It was developed in close collaboration with various special police units. They repeatedly expressed the requirement that doors should be opened reliably and precisely, even when firing from a distance of 10 m. The shell is therefore capable of safely penetrating a St37 sheet with a material thickness of 1.5 mm at a distance of 10 metres. This is achieved using a special ‘plastic tube’ containing 27 g of the zinc powder.
