RWS Franken juniors shine at the Compressed Air European Championships in Osijek with RWS R10

The European Airgun Championships, taking place in Osijek, Croatia, from 3 to 12 March 2025, mark the international start of the post-Olympic season. A total of 26 German air rifle and air pistol shooters, including 14 juniors from RWS Franken, will compete in this prestigious competition. And the first successes are impressive!

Gold, Silver and Bronze for RWS Franken Juniors

The junior women of the German national team, including three athletes from RWS Franken, proved their class in the individual and team competition. Leading the way was Theresa Schnell, who secured the European championship title with a final score of 251.4 rings in the individual competition. Her teammates Alyssa Ott (10th place, 628.1 rings) and Xenia Mund (21st place, 626.7 rings) also performed strongly.

In the team competition, the three juniors put in an impressive performance and won the gold medal with a total of 1883.5 rings. This outstanding success highlights the high performance of the shooters and the excellent precision of the RWS R10 Match compressed air ammunition. The juniors also won another medal in the trio discipline with bronze!

Silver medal in the mixed competition and trio

Theresa Schnell and Florian Beer reached another milestone in the mixed competition. After a strong tournament, they lost to France in the final by 8:16, but earned the silver medal. Florian Beer also proved his class with a strong performance in the individual qualification and contributed to the overall positive result of the RWS Franken team. The three juniors were also extremely successful in the trio discipline, securing another silver medal.
